Membrane pumps

For almost every pumping duty we can offer reliable solution by air operated membrane pumps. Metal and plastic housing membrane pumps are able to deliver viscous and/or agressive liquids and even dust. Some of our pumps have FDA certificate for food industrial applications and ATEX certificate for potentially explosive and hazardous applications. Compressed air, which energise these pumps, allow safe operation in ex-proof environment. They are self-priming and able to operate properly even if smaller size solid particles are present. Our customers can find CRANE and DEBEM models in our assortment.

DEPA M series pumps have been developed for general purpose fluid delivery. Their housing are made of cast metal, with different surface treatment. These pumps - depending on internal parts – can used in ex-proof environment too (ATEX). Pumps are modular, wide assortment of construction materials enable their widespread utilisation.

DEPA P series pumps – similar to M series - have been developed for general purpose fluid delivery. Their housing are made of injection moulded plastics. Several model containes dispersed graphite in plastic housing turning it electrically conductive to prevent electrostatic charging. These pumps can also used in ex-proof environment (ATEX). Pumps are modular, wide assortment of construction materials enable their widespread utilisation.

DEPA L series pumps are made of stainless steel. Their application covers many areas of food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry or any pumping duty where sterility is essential.

DEPA DB series pumps are exceeding applicable pressure range of M series. They are able to provide even 21 bar g discharge pressure, which can be achieved by a pressure booster. This construction allows 6 bar g pressurised air to operate pump.

DEPA DH series pumps are increased performance upgraded versions of DEPA M series have been developed for general purpose fluid delivery. Changes in chamber shapes arranged by developers allow to maintain self priming capability for larger diameter particles. New models are easier mountable, due to lower number of parts and easier construction. New series can be selected with different orientated suction and discharge ports. The first step is replacing aluminium housing pumps, which is followed by other metal housing models.
