Cross-flow filtration offers a high capacity and effective filtration procedure for wineries. Cross-flow filtration is versatile, and can be applied to replace a number of filtration steps. Must, wine and sparkling wine filtration can be managed. This filtration method can stop primary and secondary fermentation and can be used as preventive and corrective microbial filtration in case of wine foults. There are manual, semi-automated and automated instruments in our equipment range, up to 180 sqm filtration surface.
