Pure gas generators for LC/MS applications

Offering a wide range of advantages over the traditional cylinder gas supply, gas generators are increasingly becoming the popular choice in many laboratories. Parker pure gas generators - owing to a long history of expertise in the industry - are an excellent alternative to cylinder gas supply in many laboratory applications, such as liquid chromatography and mass spectrology. Thr generators require quick and simple maintenance, with longer intervals between scheduled services, resulting in increased uptime - less time spent with constantly changing, storing and transporting cylinders.

PSA LC/MS nitrogen generators

The PSA LC/MS generators provide a continuous stream of high purity nitrogen from a single ‘plug & play’ unit, with flow rates from 20 to 50 l/min. Models are available with and without an integral oil free compressor, are extremely quiet in operation and are fully approved for use by major instrumentation manufacturers.

Membrane LC/MS nitrogen generators

The Parker membrane nitrogen generators can produce up to 228 lpm of pure LC/MS grade nitrogen at pressures up to 8 bar. Generators are complete systems engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe regulated nitrogen supply with minimal operator attention.

Multi-flow generators

Some instruments require more than one gas source. At Parker, we have several generators designed to provide a compact, single source for your multiple gas requirements. We have two mixed gas generators:

• LC/MS 64/65: provides dual purity and flow nitrogen, designed specifically for Agilent QQQ és Q-TOF 6400/6500 instruments
• NitroFlow TG2: provides zero air and nitrogen for the AB Sciex 6500 series instruments

HPN2 and UHPZN2 series

The ParkerHPN2 and UHPZN2 generators provide gas with purities to suit collision and curtain gas, as well as other applications requiring 99.5% and above purity. The Parker HPN2 delivers high purity nitrogen with purities from 99.8 to 99.999%. The UHP-ZN2 dual gas generator delivers nitrogen and zero air for a range of analytical applications. Producing ultra high-purity nitrogen from standard compressed air, with <0.1 ppm hydrocarbon content, it will enable you to achieve the most accurate results.

NitroSource generators

For some laboratories, a central line of nitrogen is the best option to optimise space, cut costs and reduce noise within the laboratory. Parker has worked to create the optimal bulk nitrogen supplier in its NITROSource PSA generator.
